Products purchased from this store are packed with care to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged. However some elements are not within our control. The Milliner’s Closet is not liable for any damage to goods occurring while in transit.
Shipping Rates
Pieces from inventory will typically dispatch within 1 – 3 business days.
Customised or made to order pieces will ship in line with timings discussed/advised with each piece – typically 2 – 4 weeks.
All shipping includes signature on delivery to ensure the safe arrival of your hat or headpiece.
The Milliner’s Closet uses Australia Post and will take between 1-5 business days to arrive following dispatch in regular delivery conditions. The price is determined by the sizing of the packaging to ensure your piece arrives safely. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Duty Fees and Taxes for International Shipping
Some countries have duty fees and other taxes. Please note that The Milliner’s Closet takes no responsibility if:
– you exceed the amount you are allowed to import into the destination country
– you need to pay any fees to allow your order to leave customs
– the order is retained for inspection by customs (with consequent delays in the delivery)

Collection is available from my boutique studio: 397 Sydney Road, Balgowlah NSW 2093 (near Manly on Sydney’s Northern Beaches) – please contact us at hats@abigailfergusson.com to arrange collection.
